Framed Print of Louis Armstrong, American Jazz Musician

Armstrong circa 1930. Louis Armstrong (August 4, 1901 - July 6, 1971) was an American jazz trumpeter, singer and one of the most appreciated jazz artists of the Harlem Renaissance. Renowned for his charismatic stage presence and voice almost as much as for his trumpet playing, his influence extended well beyond jazz music. Armstrong played music up until the day he died. © New York Public Library / Science Source
